The practice, and the books
Two levels, one system. The firm level is new; everything under it is the accounting the platform already runs.
The client level
Bookkeeping, incoming invoices, banking, open items, reports, the account sheet, ELSTER and the GoBD export. Per client, as any company has them.
One set of books
There is no second ledger and no copy of a client. A client that changes advisor keeps everything; only the link changes.
The client stays in charge
The client administers its own users and keeps its own data. Your access is granted and can be withdrawn, by either side.
